药片

如果你有 心脏病, medications along with lifestyle changes may be part of your treatment plan to reduce the risk of future health problems. Certain medications can greatly lower your risk of another cardiac event. That's why it's important for you to underst和 your medications 和 take them correctly.

这些 medications include:

  • β-受体阻滞药: 这些 drugs treat 高血压 和 some other heart conditions by reducing the heart rate 和 the workload of the heart.

  • Antithrombotics (anti-platelet/anti-coagulant medications): 这些 medications are used to prevent blood clots from forming in your arteries. 那些有过 心脏手术 such as angioplasty 和 stenting, to open up their arteries need these drugs to help keep the arteries open.

  • 血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂: This class of medications treats 高血压 和 心脏衰竭 by interfering with the body's production of angiotensin, a chemical in the body that causes the arteries to constrict. People who can't take ACE inhibitors may be able to use angiotensin receptor blockers, 也被称为arb.

  • 他汀类药物: Medications that help the body process 和 remove LDL (bad) cholesterol. This not only lowers cholesterol, but protects the inner lining of the arteries.

Your health care professional may recommend other medications for you. Be sure to tell all your health care professionals about the medications you're taking, including over-the-counter medications, supplements 和 herbal preparations.
